Our goal is your satisfaction.
Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date we receive your package. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your delivery, we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must have a significant malfunction (not a problem coming from your smartphone for example).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)
- Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or parts are missing for reasons that are not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account first. It may take some time before your refund is officially issued. If you have not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from your refund.
Upon request, we can (perhaps) provide a pre-paid return shipping label and deduct the cost of your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or taking out shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
